Let us show you how our Semi-Private program makes personal fitness affordable and fun.

Semi-Private training differs from group training in that you are provided with an individualized program that you perform while being monitored by one of our expert fitness coaches.

You are paired with one other client and the two of you work with one of our trainers for 30 minutes of your one hour workout. At the end of the 30 minutes, you complete your written workout on your own, while still having access to the trainer to ask any questions you might have.

This training method gives our coaches the time to devote some individual attention to each participant, but also gives the client the opportunity to learn how to complete their workouts on their own, while still having some supervision and guidance.

This method is efficient, effective and structured to meet your goals.

Movement is essentialOur bodies are designed for work. Unfortunately, in today's society that work consists mostly of sitting for long hours with very little activity. As a result, our frames are developing imbalances and weaknesses. The muscles in the backs of our legs are shortening, our low backs are weakening, our hip flexors are getting tighter causing more low back strain and our heads are protruding forward from hours of staring at a computer screen. Great news huh?
Look, this is not really news to you. We hear the statistics and we know how our bodies feel. The problem is that most of us just won't make the time to get a handle on the damage being done. Everything else is more important. Guess what? I get that. I am a small business owner with many demands on my time each day. I'm the Houston personal trainer, the part-time bookeeper, the marketing director and the face of the business. That's a bunch of hats to wear every day. But I know that if I don't fuel my body and move it around a bit, my brain doesn't function as well, and I'm exhausted by the end of the day with my chronic back pain almost intolerable. 
That's why it's so important to find a way to get moving. Take a look at the three types of Houston personal training we offer. If you need help, we can provide it. We work with young and old alike. Our clients range in age from the 20's to the 70's At one end of the spectrum we train fit people preparing for various events, while on the other end we work with clients with cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson's, lupus, organ transplants and joint replacements. Our specialty is working with baby boomers in general and menopausal women in particular. We get the older body and its special needs.

Then we've got the answer. Come give our indoor small group training a go.

We maximize every minute by mixing up each workout with circuits that include resistance training and aerobic conditioning all in the same hour. This type of high intensity interval training has been shown to not only maximize calorie burn during the workout, but to also give you the longest metabolic afterburn so that you can continue your progress even after the workout has ended.

These classes are ongoing. You can sign up and join in anytime. If you're a beginner, our expert group instructors know how to work you into the group and monitor your progression so that you never feel intimidated or left out. Our veterans love welcoming new folks and showing you the ropes. Class size is limited to 10 so you get the individual attention you need with the benefits of group support and camaraderie.
