So, how does it work? How do you get stronger and more powerful? How do you take control? You may have read how I did it. First, I got some help. And that should be your first step, too.
Let me begin helping you by sharing my philosophy on health and fitness with you. Well, it's more than just a philosophy—it's a proven methodology. It has three key components.
Think of your body as a furnace. You've got to feed it nutrient dense meals to fuel it — to fire up the furnace that is your metabolism. Pile on processed foods, sugar, alcohol, junk that has no nutritional value, and it's just like throwing water on a fire. You're extinguishing your metabolic spark.
The first component of any fitness program is food, and that's the one so many people have trouble with. I can show you ways to eat that actually help you lose weight—honest—when you eat the right things at the right times, again making it part of your three fitness components. I call it supportive eating and if you want to find out more about how it works, sign up for my FREE REPORT.
Resistance training is a vital element as well. You may have heard that you can "walk the weight off," but I haven't seen it happen often or easily. Resistance training complements the aerobic training in a unique way, and I can teach you how to engage in the combined activities for the very best results.
Women - you're not going to get bulky. We don't have the hormonal make-up for that to happen. You will get stronger and have a smaller, tighter body. You'll build a great base from which to combat osteoporosis and you'll move with more confidence and grace.
Aerobic fitness, of course, is the part that most people know about. Having a healthy heart is extremely important, and moderate, appropriate aerobic exercise is the right way to achieve that. But if you think that it's cardiovascular exercise that is going to melt the pounds away, think again. It will help with fat loss and is an important component. But unless you combine the big three, you're missing the essential elements that must be in place to succeed.
The bottom line is this: If you want to achieve better health and fitness, you have to be committed to living a healthier lifestyle. If you're not doing that, you have to be motivated to change the behaviors holding you back. If you're ready, we're here. Fill out the complimentary consultation form now. You're never under any obligation to buy anything. But let's at least talk about how we can get you moving toward the new you.
Invest in yourself. Build a healthier future.

With dogged determination and commitment made of steel, Ruben and Kathy walk through our door every week, put on their game faces and plow through workouts that would leave many younger people flat on the floor begging for mercy. As a result these two baby boomers, 59 and 56 respectively, have made and continue to make stunning progress.
Refusing to be defined by age, they've grabbed father time by the beard and plopped him on their shoulders while doing lunges around the studio asking, "Is that all you got old man?!" They are a constant reminder that it's never too late to begin a fitness program. Age is truly just a number for these remarkable folks.
Ruben and Kathy will each receive a $50 gift certificate from Bliss on 19th (www.blisson19th.com) for being our June Clients of the Month. Congratulations! You're our inspiration.
