"Take Control" is a 14-Week Small Group Body Transformation program that combines educational workshops with a progressive workout schedule designed to increase muscle mass and shed body fat.

The workshops concentrate on the nutritional concepts you'll need to make a lifestyle shift in the way you think about food. We teach you about exercise theory and function and show you how to incorporate the principles into each workout.

Over the 14 weeks, we have 9 - 90 minute meetings that are part workshop and part workout. You're "Take Control" manual is your fitness guide throughout the program and is supplemented by a series of audio CD's recorded by Shana to help keep you on track with the program.

This program is designed to deliver serious results for the serious-minded client. Plus it provides a road map that you can continue to follow — even after the program has ended.
