
I want to introduce you to a few of my clients. These are special people. Each of them realized that their health and fitness had to become a priority.
If you're thinking these are stories about professional athletes and swimsuit models who've skyrocketed to magazine cover success, then re-adjust your expectations. Not that there's anything wrong with professional athletes and swimsuit models, but I'm more interested in working with regular people—people like you and me—who want and need to change their lifestyles and point themselves in more healthful directions.
These people ARE like the rest of us. They don't necessarily live for exercise. They really would like a second piece of chocolate cake now and then. For some of them, getting sweaty and tired is at the bottom of their "list of things I love to do."
But I've helped them change their mindset a little. And through my programs, they've lost weight, added muscle, increased their energy levels, decreased their stress levels, and improved their balance and flexibility. And they've made the commitment to change. They didn't say, "Well I'll try this and see if it works." They listen, they learn, they apply the concepts and they show up for their workouts. And they work hard, with me and without me!
They say their lives are changed. For the better. And helping people do that—that's my passion.
