Group Training

Want to get the challenge of a boot camp style workout without having to hassle with the outdoor elements – which in Houston can mean scorching temperatures, downpours with lightning dancing all around, bone-chilling wet cold and sometimes even snow (and that can be all in one day – seriously!) Then we've got the answer for you, and that's our indoor small group training.

We maximize every minute by mixing up each workout with circuits that include resistance training and aerobic conditioning all in the same hour. This type of high intensity interval training has been shown to not only maximize calorie burn during the workout, but to also give you the longest metabolic afterburn so that you can continue your progress even after the workout has ended.

These classes are ongoing. You can sign up and join in anytime. Don't worry if you're a beginner. Our expert group instructors know how to work you into the group and monitor your progression so that you never feel intimidated or left out. Our veterans love welcoming new folks and showing you the ropes. Class size is limited to 10 so you get the individual attention you need with the benefits of group support and camaraderie.
